July 2013 0.02% rise in land prices nationwide continued stable

[July 2013 Land prices]

Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport said that
July land nationwide rose by 0.02 percent from 

the previous month and continues to stabilize.

Present land prices before the peak of the 

financial crisis (May '08) is higher than 0.48%.

전월 대비 0.02% 상승하여 안정세가 지속되고 있다고 밝혔다.

現 지가는 금융위기 발생 전 고점(’08.10월) 보다 

0.48% 높은 수준이다.
