청북지구의 단독주택용지와 골프장용지의 현재 모습

청북지구에 들어설 골프장의 조성공사가 조금 더 진척된 것 같지만
큰 변화는 느낄 수가 없네요.

청북지구에 들어설 골프장을 보면서 안타까운 것은
한 때는 골프가 대중 스포츠로까지 발전하면서 전 국민의 관심을 받았는데
지금의 추세는 둘레길을 비롯한 산책과 캠핑이 대세라 할 것입니다.

한편, 단독주택용지는 대부분 조성이 완료된 것으로 생각되며
신규도로만 개설되면 끝나지 않을까 생각합니다.

단독주택용지의 조성공사도 부동산 침체의 영향인가요.
자꾸자꾸 늘어지네요.
