택지개발 조성사업을 위해서 애쓰고 계시더군요.
한편, 향남2지구의 도로들은 조만간에
공사가 끝날 것으로 예측될 정도로 이제는
많이 진척되었다 할 것입니다.

향남2지구의 도로작업들이 마무리를 향해서 달려가고 있네요.
며칠前부터 안개가 잔뜩끼여서 사물을 구별하기가
힘들다 할 것인데요.

부영아파트의 모델하우스도 완성되어서 일반인들의 방문이
허용되고 있다 할 것입니다.
중요한 것은, 향남2지구 약 100만평의 규모가 개발이 진행중인데요.
약 100만평의 규모중에서 공동주택이 16,000세대정도가
건설될 예정이고요.
이중에서 부영아파트로만 약 1만2000세대가 건설된다 할 것이기에
부영아파트의 성패가 향남2지구의 미래를 결정한다 할 정도로
중요하다 할 것입니다.
경기가 하강국면에 접어들면서 인구구조와 산업구조가 일본과
닮아가고 있는 시기에 부영이 아무쪼록 잘 진행되었으면 합니다.

Go-Deok International New Town & Samsung Electronics Industrial Complex Site
The groundbreaking construction of the complex finally
took place on May 14th 2013.
Samsung Electronics Industrial Complex Site,
In Pyeongtaek(Gyeonggi Province)
A total of more than a hundred trillion Korean won will be
invest in the construction of manufacturing research facilities,
which will be built on this nearly four million square-meter site(3,928,089㎡),
more than twice the area of the company`s current ndustrial
base in Suwon(Gyeonggi Province).
